      2. Fill out the form issued by the academic department, placing the Department of ASVK as the first priority. <\/li>\n
      3. Bring the completed form and submit it to room 764 when your form is issued<\/li>\n
      4. Then, retrieve the form signed by the department’s academic secretary, Dmitry Yurievich Volkanov<\/a>, from room 764.<\/li>\n
      5. Submit this form to the academic department.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
